This Agreement outlines the terms for using Ashok Kukade's Website and Platform. It applies to learners ("You") and defines the relationship with the creator, Ashok Kukade. By accessing the Platform, you agree to abide by this Agreement and applicable laws. Make sure to read and understand the terms. If you disagree, please don't use the Platform. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement or do not wish to be bound by the same, then please do not use the Platform in any manner.
Ashok Wellness Academy – 15 Day Refund Policy
At Ashok Wellness Academy, we are fully committed to helping you lose weight naturally. Our guidance, programs, and methods are designed to deliver 100% natural and sustainable results.
We expect that you sincerely follow the plan and make the most out of our guidance. However, to be eligible for the 15-day refund policy, the following terms and conditions must be followed strictly.
1. Photo Submission Rules
1.1 Timeliness:
- Submitting photos on time is mandatory.
- Photos sent early or late will not be accepted.
- If you expect a delay, you must inform via WhatsApp in advance.
- Giving reasons after delay will not be accepted.
- Saying "These photos are from that time" will not make late photos valid.
1.2 Photo Authenticity:
- The photo must be new, clear and different every day.
- "If a user sends the same old photo and says 'This is a new breakfast', the report for the relevant day will be invalid and the eligibility for refund will be permanently cancelled."
- Edited, fake or internet photos will be cancelled.
- Breaking the rules will result in a 1 month plan re-initiation and refund eligibility will be cancelled.
1.3 Incomplete Photos:
- Missing any meal or Nature Tea photo (e.g. dinner) will mark the day incomplete.
1.4 Fasting Days:
- If the user has a fasting day and has not given clear notice (at least one day in advance), such a day will not be considered in the plan rules.
Therefore, such a day will not be counted in follow-ups, records or progress reports.
- 15 consecutive days of full follow-up is mandatory.
2. Measurement & Eligibility Rules
2.1 Submission of Measurements:
On Day 16, early morning (empty stomach), you must submit clear photos of the following three measurements:
1. Current Weight (in kilograms)
2. Belly Circumference (in inches)
3. Waist Circumference (in inches)
2.2 Refund Eligibility Criteria:
- Refund will only be given if there is absolutely ZERO difference.
- Even 100 grams weight loss or 0.5 inch reduction in belly or waist will make the refund ineligible.
3. Refund Application Rules
3.1 Application Timing:
- Refund can only be applied for on Day 16.
- Applications before or after this day will not be accepted.
3.2 One-Time Application:
- Refund can be applied for only once.
- The decision on the refund request will be final.
4. Invalid Reasons for Refund
The following reasons are NOT valid for refund:
- "I am unable to follow"
- "My situation is difficult"
- "I urgently need money"
- "I don’t have time"
- "My family is not supporting me"
- "I am bored"
- "I changed my mind"
- "I don’t want to continue"
Note: Refunds are only based on measurable results, not on personal reasons.
5. Misconduct & Pressure
- Any kind of misbehavior, abusive language, emotional pressure or threats towards the coach or team will disqualify refund eligibility.
- If the user calls/messages from another phone number to demand a refund, they will be blocked from all academy services.
6. Wellness Coach Communication
- Every user is assigned a personal wellness coach.
- If the coach is busy, there may be delays in response.
- Complaints such as "Coach did not respond" or "No reply to messages" will not be accepted as a reason for refund.
7. Video Result Requirement
- If the user has achieved a measurable result, submitting a video result is mandatory.
- No new or further plans will be provided without submission of the video.
- No excuses (e.g. job position, time constraints) will be accepted.
8. Refund Policy after Seat Booking
- Once a seat is booked (registration fee or full payment), refund will not be given under any circumstances.
- However, if full payment was made and the 15-day plan was followed honestly with zero result, then refund is possible.
9. Refund before Welcome Form Submission
- All terms and conditions are provided in the Welcome Form.
- If you do not agree with the terms, you can request a 100% refund before submitting the Welcome Form.
- Once the form is submitted, it is assumed that you have accepted all terms.

- "हे फोटो त्या वेळचेच आहेत" असे कारण दिल्यास ते ग्राह्य धरले जाणार नाही.
1.2 फोटोची सत्यता:
- फोटो नवीन, स्पष्ट आणि दररोज वेगळा असावा.
- "जर वापरकर्ता तोच जुना फोटो पाठवून 'हा नवीन ब्रेकफास्ट आहे' असे सांगत असेल, तर संबंधित दिवसाचा रिपोर्ट अमान्य ठरेल आणि रिफंडसाठी पात्रता कायमस्वरूपी रद्द करण्यात येईल."
- एडिट केलेले, बनावट किंवा इंटरनेटवरून घेतलेले फोटो रद्द केले जातील.
- नियम तोडल्यास प्लॅन पुन्हा सुरू करावा लागेल 1 महिने व रिफंड पात्रता रद्द होईल.
1.3 अपूर्ण फोटो:

एखादा मील (ब्रेकफास्ट/लंच/डिनर/नेचर टी) चा फोटो न दिल्यास तो दिवस अपूर्ण मानला जाईल.
1.4 उपवासाचे दिवस:

जर वापरकर्त्याने उपवासाचा दिवस ठेवला असेल आणि त्याबाबत आधीच स्पष्ट सूचना (कमीत कमी एक दिवस आधी) दिलेली नसेल, तर अशा दिवसाचा विचार प्लॅनच्या नियमांमध्ये केला जाणार नाही.
त्यामुळे अशा दिवसाचे फॉलोअप, रेकॉर्ड किंवा प्रगती अहवालात गणना होणार नाही.
- 15 सलग दिवस फॉलोअप अनिवार्य आहे.
2. मापन व पात्रता अटी
2.1 मापन पाठवण्याची अट:
- 16 व्या दिवशी सकाळी उपाशीपोटी खालील मोजमाप पाठवणे बंधनकारक आहे:
1. सध्याचे वजन (किलोमध्ये)
2. पोटाचा घेर (इंचामध्ये)
3. कमरेचा घेर (इंचामध्ये)

2.2 रिफंड पात्रतेची अट:
- फक्त 'शून्य फरक' असल्यासच रिफंड मिळू शकतो.
- वजनात 100 ग्रॅम किंवा पोट/कमरेच्या घेरात 0.5 इंच फरक आला तरी रिफंड मिळणार नाही.
3. रिफंड अर्ज व मर्यादा
3.1 अर्ज प्रक्रिया:
- रिफंडसाठी अर्ज फक्त 16 व्या दिवशीच करता येईल.
- त्याआधी किंवा नंतर केलेले अर्ज ग्राह्य धरले जाणार नाहीत.
3.2 अर्जाची मर्यादा:
- रिफंड अर्ज फक्त एकदाच करता येईल.
- निर्णय एकदा झाल्यानंतर तो अंतिम असेल.
4. रिफंडसाठी ग्राह्य नसलेली कारणे
खालील कारणे ग्राह्य धरली जाणार नाहीत:
- "माझ्याकडून होत नाही"
- "माझी परिस्थिती बिकट आहे"
- "मला पैसे लागतात"
- "मला वेळ मिळत नाही"
- "घरचे सहकार्य करत नाहीत"
- "मला कंटाळा आला आहे"
- "माझं मत बदललं आहे"
- "मी हे करू शकत नाही"
टीप: रिफंड फक्त निकालावर आधारित आहे, कारणांवर नाही.
5. गैरवर्तन व दबाव
- गैरवर्तन, अपमान, धमकी किंवा दबाव आढळल्यास रिफंड नाकारण्यात येईल.
- दुसऱ्या नंबरवरून मेसेज/कॉल करून रिफंड मागितल्यास युजरला ब्लॉक करण्यात येईल.
6. वेलनेस कोच व संवाद
- प्रत्येक युजरला वेलनेस कोच दिला जातो.
- कोच व्यस्त असल्यास प्रतिसादास विलंब होऊ शकतो.
- "कोचने रिप्लाय दिला नाही" असे कारण रिफंडसाठी ग्राह्य नाही.
7. पुढील प्लॅनसाठी व्हिडिओ रिझल्ट
- यशस्वी निकाल मिळाल्यास व्हिडिओ रिझल्ट पाठवणे अनिवार्य आहे.
- व्हिडिओ रिझल्ट आल्याशिवाय पुढील प्लॅन मिळणार नाही.
8. सीट बुकिंगनंतर रिफंड धोरण
- एकदा सीट बुक केल्यानंतर कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत रिफंड दिला जाणार नाही.
- फक्त पूर्ण पेमेंट करून 15 दिवस प्लॅन फॉलो करूनही निकाल न मिळाल्यास, 'शून्य फरक' असल्यास रिफंड मिळू शकतो.
9. वेलकम फॉर्मपूर्वी रिफंड
- सर्व अटी व शर्ती वेलकम फॉर्ममध्ये नमूद असतात.
- जर त्या अटी मान्य नसतील तर वेलकम फॉर्म सबमिट करण्यापूर्वी 100% रिफंड मागता येतो.
- एकदा फॉर्म सबमिट केल्यास, अटी आपोआप स्वीकारल्या गेल्या असे मानले जाते.

By using it, you represent that you have the necessary consent. If you're under 13 or 16 (depending on your country), you can't use the Platform or register for any content. To access Content on the Platform, registration with your name and email is required. Check our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Payment may be required for certain Content. You confirm that your registration info is true, and you agree to update us on any changes. “Content" includes courses or sessions offered by the Creator, along with related materials. Upon registration, you may access discussion forums ("Public Forum") but participation is optional. We reserve the right to refuse access or remove your content in Public Forums if we believe you violated the Agreement.

You can't modify, copy, or publicly display the content for commercial purposes. You also can't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's software. The license terminates if you violate these terms. There are public forums for communication, but participation is optional. If you choose to participate, you must adhere to the code of conduct. The platform is not responsible for the information shared in the forums. If you post content, the platform has certain rights to use and reproduce it.
Code of Conduct: By using the Platform, you agree to
Legitimate usage: Use the Platform for lawful purposes, avoiding activities that violate any laws or regulations. Don't disrupt, damage, or impair the Platform, and refrain from promoting illegal activities.
No harmful or dangerous content: Prohibit content that incites violence, causes harm, or endangers safety. Use the Platform only for permitted uses.
No hateful or defamatory content: Avoid hate speech, libelous, slanderous, threatening, or violent statements against individuals or groups based on various factors.
Violent and graphic content: Refrain from uploading content that sensationalizes, shocks, or disturbs individuals, especially content promoting terrorist acts or inciting violence.
Harassment and bullying: Do not engage in any form of harassment or bullying on the Platform. Maintain a safe space for learning and avoid actions such as revealing personal information or uploading content to humiliate someone.
Spam: Avoid posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content or links to external websites with malicious intent. Do not spam Public Forums or the Platform.
Scams: Do not upload content intended to trick others for financial gain. Practices of extortion or blackmail are not tolerated.
Privacy violation: Adhere to the Privacy Policy to protect your privacy and respect others' privacy on the Platform.
Impersonation: Do not impersonate another person, learner, company, institute, or group. This includes using names, images, documents, certificates, logos, brand names, or any distinguishing marks not belonging to you.
Unauthorized Access or Disabling of Platform: Avoid actions that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform. Do not interfere with other users' use, use unauthorized monitoring or copying, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Violation of these rules may result in the refusal of access, account termination, or removal of violating content without notice.
Payments and Refunds: To register for any Content, you may need to pay a fee ("Content Fee"), as detailed on our Platform. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and may be subject to applicable taxes. Please review the terms and policies of these processors for better understanding. Once you purchase access to Content, it cannot be canceled, and the Content Fee is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. We utilize third-party service providers for payment processing, assuring that we do not capture or store sensitive personal information. When using these payment gateways, make sure to go through their terms and conditions.
