This Agreement outlines the terms for using Ashok Kukade's Website and Platform. It applies to learners ("You") and defines the relationship with the creator, Ashok Kukade. By accessing the Platform, you agree to abide by this Agreement and applicable laws. Make sure to read and understand the terms. If you disagree, please don't use the Platform. If You disagree with any part of this Agreement or do not wish to be bound by the same, then please do not use the Platform in any manner. 


Ashok Wellness Academy – 15 Day Refund Policy

At Ashok Wellness Academy, we provide complete guidance for natural, safe, and sustainable weight loss. All our programs, diet plans, and methods are designed for 100% natural and long-term results.

If a user follows the plan honestly and still does not achieve the expected outcome, the 15-day refund policy applies strictly under the terms mentioned below.


1. App Photo and Update Rules
– Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Nature Tea, and Water (Water Slip) photos must be uploaded in the App strictly within the given time.
– Photos uploaded before or after the scheduled time will not be accepted.
– If a delay is expected, prior intimation via WhatsApp is mandatory.
– Reasons given after delay will not be accepted.
– Claims such as “these photos are from that time” will not validate late uploads.
– Old, edited, fake, or internet photos will make the respective day invalid.
– Missing even one required photo will mark the day as Incomplete.


2. Fasting (Upvas) Rules
– If the plan includes fasting, the user must inform at least one day in advance.
– If prior information is not given, the fasting day will not be counted in the plan.
– Fasting days are not included in the 15-day refund calculation.
– If fasting days exist, the plan duration will be extended accordingly.
Example: If a 15-day plan includes 2 fasting days, the plan must be followed for 17 days.
15 consecutive days of complete follow-up are mandatory.


3. Measurement Submission Rules
– On Day 16, early morning (empty stomach), the following measurements must be submitted.
– Weight (in kilograms)
– Belly circumference
– Waist circumference


4. Refund Eligibility Criteria
– Refund is applicable only if there is 0% difference.
– Refund will NOT be given if even one of the following is observed.
– 100 grams of weight loss
– 0.5 inch reduction in belly or waist circumference
– Refund decisions are based strictly on measurable results.


5. Refund Application Process
– Refund can be applied only on Day 16.
– Applications submitted before or after Day 16 will not be accepted.
– Refund application can be submitted only once.
– The decision taken after verification will be final.


6. Invalid Reasons for Refund
– Inability to follow the plan
– Personal, financial, or family problems
– Lack of time
– Loss of interest or change of mind
– Decision to discontinue the program


7. Misconduct and Discipline
– Any form of misbehavior, abusive language, threats, or emotional pressure will result in immediate cancellation of refund eligibility.
– Contacting or pressuring the team from another phone number may result in termination of all academy services.


8. Wellness Coach Communication
– Each user is assigned a personal wellness coach.
– Response delays may occur if the coach is busy.
– Delay or non-response from the coach will not be accepted as a reason for refund.


9. Seat Booking and Welcome Form Rules
– Once a seat is booked through registration or payment, refund will not be granted.
– However, if full payment is made and the plan is followed honestly for the required duration with 0% result, refund may be considered.
– All terms and conditions are clearly mentioned in the Welcome Form.
– If the user does not agree with the terms, a 100% refund can be requested before submitting the Welcome Form.
– Submission of the Welcome Form implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.


Important Note
– This refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and discipline.
– Users are advised to read and understand all terms carefully before starting the program.

By enrolling in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

Ashok Wellness Academy मध्ये आम्ही नैसर्गिक, सुरक्षित व शाश्वत पद्धतीने वजन कमी करण्यासाठी संपूर्ण मार्गदर्शन देतो. आमचे सर्व प्लॅन, डाएट व पद्धती 100% नैसर्गिक आणि दीर्घकालीन परिणामांसाठी तयार केलेले आहेत.

ग्राहकांनी प्लॅन प्रामाणिकपणे फॉलो करूनही अपेक्षित निकाल न मिळाल्यास, खालील अटींच्या अधीन राहून 15 दिवसांची रिफंड पॉलिसी लागू केली जाते.


1. ॲपवरील फोटो व अपडेट्सचे नियम
– ब्रेकफास्ट, लंच, डिनर, नेचर टी व पाणी (Water Slip) यांचे फोटो दिलेल्या वेळेतच App वर अपलोड करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
– वेळेआधी किंवा वेळेनंतर अपलोड केलेले फोटो मान्य केले जाणार नाहीत.
– उशीर होणार असल्यास आधीच WhatsApp वर माहिती देणे आवश्यक आहे.
– उशीर झाल्यानंतर दिलेली कारणे स्वीकारली जाणार नाहीत.
– “हे फोटो त्या वेळेचेच आहेत” असे सांगितल्यास ते फोटो वैध धरले जाणार नाहीत.
– जुने, Edited, Fake किंवा Internet वरून घेतलेले फोटो आढळल्यास त्या दिवसाचा फॉलोअप अवैध ठरेल.
– कोणताही एक फोटो न दिल्यास तो दिवस Incomplete मानला जाईल.


2. उपवास (Fasting) संदर्भातील नियम
– प्लॅनमध्ये उपवास असल्यास किमान 1 दिवस आधी माहिती देणे अनिवार्य आहे.
– आधी माहिती न दिल्यास तो उपवासाचा दिवस प्लॅनमध्ये धरला जाणार नाही.
– उपवासाचे दिवस 15 दिवसांच्या रिफंड गणनेत धरले जात नाहीत.
– उपवास असल्यास प्लॅनचे दिवस वाढवले जातील.
उदाहरण: 15 दिवसांच्या प्लॅनमध्ये 2 उपवास असतील तर प्लॅन 17 दिवस पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे.
15 सलग पूर्ण फॉलोअप असलेले दिवस अनिवार्य आहेत.


3. मोजमाप देण्याचे नियम
– 16 व्या दिवशी सकाळी (रिकाम्या पोटी) खालील मोजमाप देणे आवश्यक आहे.
– वजन (किलोमध्ये)
– पोटाचा घेर
– कंबरचा घेर


4. रिफंड पात्रतेचे निकष
– फक्त 0% फरक असल्यासच रिफंड दिला जाईल.
– खालीलपैकी एक जरी फरक आढळल्यास रिफंड मिळणार नाही.
– 100 ग्रॅम वजन कमी
– पोट किंवा कंबर घेरात 0.5 इंच फरक
– रिफंड फक्त मोजमापावर आधारित असतो.


5. रिफंड अर्ज प्रक्रिया
– रिफंड अर्ज फक्त 16 व्या दिवशीच करता येईल.
– 16 व्या दिवसाआधी किंवा नंतर केलेला अर्ज स्वीकारला जाणार नाही.
– रिफंड अर्ज फक्त एकदाच करता येईल.
– तपासणीनंतर दिलेला निर्णय अंतिम असेल.


6. रिफंडसाठी अमान्य कारणे
– प्लॅन फॉलो न होणे
– वैयक्तिक, आर्थिक किंवा कौटुंबिक अडचणी
– वेळ न मिळणे
– कंटाळा येणे किंवा मत बदलणे
– पुढे प्लॅन न करायचा निर्णय


7. गैरवर्तन व शिस्त
– कोणत्याही प्रकारचे गैरवर्तन, शिवीगाळ, धमकी किंवा भावनिक दबाव टाकल्यास रिफंड पात्रता त्वरित रद्द केली जाईल.
– दुसऱ्या नंबरवरून संपर्क साधून दबाव टाकल्यास सर्व सेवा बंद केल्या जाऊ शकतात.


8. वेलनेस कोच संदर्भातील नियम
– प्रत्येक ग्राहकाला वैयक्तिक वेलनेस कोच दिला जातो.
– कोच व्यस्त असल्यास प्रतिसाद देण्यास उशीर होऊ शकतो.
– कोचने उशिरा उत्तर दिले हे रिफंडचे कारण मान्य केले जाणार नाही.


9. सीट बुकिंग व Welcome Form नियम
– एकदा सीट बुक (Registration किंवा Payment) केल्यानंतर रिफंड दिला जाणार नाही.
– मात्र, पूर्ण पेमेंट करून 15 दिवस प्रामाणिक फॉलोअप करूनही 0% फरक असल्यासच रिफंड शक्य आहे.
– सर्व अटी Welcome Form मध्ये स्पष्ट दिलेल्या आहेत.
– Welcome Form सबमिट करण्याआधी अटी मान्य नसल्यास 100% रिफंड मागता येईल.
– Welcome Form सबमिट केल्यानंतर सर्व अटी मान्य केल्याचे गृहीत धरले जाईल.


महत्त्वाची सूचना
– ही रिफंड पॉलिसी पारदर्शकता, शिस्त व न्याय्यतेसाठी तयार करण्यात आलेली आहे.
– प्लॅन सुरू करण्याआधी सर्व अटी काळजीपूर्वक वाचणे व समजून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

प्लॅनमध्ये नोंदणी करून आपण वरील सर्व अटी व नियम वाचलेले, समजलेले व मान्य केलेले आहेत असे गृहीत धरले जाईल.

By using it, you represent that you have the necessary consent. If you're under 13 or 16 (depending on your country), you can't use the Platform or register for any content. To access Content on the Platform, registration with your name and email is required. Check our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. Payment may be required for certain Content. You confirm that your registration info is true, and you agree to update us on any changes. “Content" includes courses or sessions offered by the Creator, along with related materials. Upon registration, you may access discussion forums ("Public Forum") but participation is optional. We reserve the right to refuse access or remove your content in Public Forums if we believe you violated the Agreement.

To use the platform, you need a compatible device. The license allows you to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You can't modify, copy, or publicly display the content for commercial purposes. You also can't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's software. The license terminates if you violate these terms. There are public forums for communication, but participation is optional. If you choose to participate, you must adhere to the code of conduct. The platform is not responsible for the information shared in the forums. If you post content, the platform has certain rights to use and reproduce it. 

Code of Conduct: By using the Platform, you agree to 

Legitimate usage: Use the Platform for lawful purposes, avoiding activities that violate any laws or regulations. Don't disrupt, damage, or impair the Platform, and refrain from promoting illegal activities.

No harmful or dangerous content: Prohibit content that incites violence, causes harm, or endangers safety. Use the Platform only for permitted uses.

No hateful or defamatory content: Avoid hate speech, libelous, slanderous, threatening, or violent statements against individuals or groups based on various factors.

Violent and graphic content: Refrain from uploading content that sensationalizes, shocks, or disturbs individuals, especially content promoting terrorist acts or inciting violence.

Harassment and bullying: Do not engage in any form of harassment or bullying on the Platform. Maintain a safe space for learning and avoid actions such as revealing personal information or uploading content to humiliate someone.

Spam: Avoid posting untargeted, unwanted, and repetitive content or links to external websites with malicious intent. Do not spam Public Forums or the Platform.

Scams: Do not upload content intended to trick others for financial gain. Practices of extortion or blackmail are not tolerated.

Privacy violation: Adhere to the Privacy Policy to protect your privacy and respect others' privacy on the Platform.

Impersonation: Do not impersonate another person, learner, company, institute, or group. This includes using names, images, documents, certificates, logos, brand names, or any distinguishing marks not belonging to you.

Unauthorized Access or Disabling of Platform: Avoid actions that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform. Do not interfere with other users' use, use unauthorized monitoring or copying, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. 

Violation of these rules may result in the refusal of access, account termination, or removal of violating content without notice. 

Payments and Refunds: To register for any Content, you may need to pay a fee ("Content Fee"), as detailed on our Platform. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and may be subject to applicable taxes. Please review the terms and policies of these processors for better understanding. Once you purchase access to Content, it cannot be canceled, and the Content Fee is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy. We utilize third-party service providers for payment processing, assuring that we do not capture or store sensitive personal information. When using these payment gateways, make sure to go through their terms and conditions.
